What is Moo Cake made of?

Moo Cake is a blend of Chinese and Western elements. The outer layer is just like the ordinary mooncakes, but the inner layer contains different layers. The outer layer is made of custard and salted egg yolk. The main ingredients in the inner are high-quality USDA Prime American beef tenderloin, It is certified and supported by the US Meat Export Federation, and is made with Parma Ham and precious fresh black truffle slices.

Moo Cake can definitely bring a different moon cake concept than you and an unexpectedly perfect taste enjoyment.

Cooking Guideline of Moo CakeEquipment required : Oven or Air Fryer, Butter Paper, Oil BrushCooking Steps:#1       Product should be stored in chiller(4oC) overnight before cooking, and rest under room temperature for 15 mins before baking. Can also defrost under room temperature for 2-3 hours.#2       Preheat Oven/Air Fryer, 200 oC for 10 mins#3       Put Moo Cake on butter paper and brush oil evenly on the surface (except bottom)#4       Bake Moo Cake in oven under 200 oC for 20 mins#5       Take out the Moo Cake and let it rest for 5-10 mins, heat up gravy until melt (soak the package in warm water or pour the gravy in small dish and put in microwave)#6       Pour the gravy evenly on Moo Cake, finish
